Greenboats BV (KINboat Zaanse Schans), Prinsengracht 669h, 1017 JT Amsterdam, handles your personal data with care. Here you can read which data we process and why.

1. What data

Name, email address, phone number and booking and payment details you provide when booking, requesting a cruise or using the contact form.

2. What for

To carry out your booking, inform you about your cruise, answer questions and meet our legal (tax) obligations.

3. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with parties needed to deliver our service, such as our ticketing and payment system, under data processing agreements. We never sell data.

4. Retention

We keep data no longer than necessary. Booking and invoice data is kept for 7 years due to legal retention requirements.

5. Cookies

We use functional cookies and local storage, for example to remember your language choice. The booking system may set its own cookies for the booking to work.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data. Send your request to zaanseschans@kinboat.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
