1. Applicability

By placing a booking you agree to these terms. Deviations only apply when confirmed in writing.

2. Booking and payment

Boat tour bookings are made through our online ticketing system. A booking is final after full payment. You will receive a confirmation by email.

For private cruises you receive a tailor-made quote. The booking is final after written approval and payment as stated in the quote.

3. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or change free of charge up to 24 hours before departure via zaanseschans@kinboat.com. After that, no refund is possible.

For private cruises the cancellation terms in the quote apply.

4. Weather and safety

We sail in almost any weather. In unsafe conditions (such as thunderstorms or gales) the skipper decides whether the cruise goes ahead. If we cancel a cruise, we offer a new date or a full refund.

The skipper's instructions must always be followed.

5. Departure and arrival

We depart from the jetty at the terrace of Boutique Hotel Zaandijk, Lagedijk 32, 1544 BG Zaandijk. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure; we cannot wait for late guests.

6. Liability

Greenboats BV is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is always limited to the amount paid out by our insurance.

7. Complaints

Have a complaint? Let us know within 14 days via zaanseschans@kinboat.com. We respond within 5 working days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
